Sandford C. Frisch, MD

Dr. Sandford Frisch has been practicing in Lancaster since 1988. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. He received his medical degree from State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He performed his internship at Staten Island Hospital, Staten Island, NY. Dr. Frisch completed his residency in Ophthalmology at Mt. Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He received additional training as a Glaucoma Fellow at Mt. Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Frisch is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Pennsylvania Academy of Ophthalmology, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and the Lancaster County Medical Society.

Dr. Frisch takes every opportunity to continue his education by attending seminars and medical programs that teach and review ophthalmology techniques. He also provides education to our patients, community groups and organizations in Lancaster County.

Dr. Frisch is married and has three children.

Maura Crawshaw, OD

In 2005, Dr.  Maura Crawshaw graduated summa cum laude from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science Degree.   In 2009, she received her Optometric training from the State University of New York, where she graduated with honors. 

Her clinical rotations were at the West Point Keller Army Community Hospital in West Point, NY, the VA Hospital in Brooklyn, and the SUNY Center for Ocular Disease, Vision Therapy, Pediatrics and Primary Care.

Dr. Crawshaw practices full-scope Optometry and provides comprehensive eye care, including ocular disease management, contact lens exams, pediatric eye care (for children 5 and older), and ocular post-operative care. She is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Crawshaw is a member of the PA Optometric Association and of the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Crawshaw lives in Lititz with her husband and two children.
